 The machine conveys all stored material to proportioning scale by pedal switch. And the mixed material after being proportioned will be conveyed to elevator and then being lifted to feeding hopper. The material enters to the mixer by the pneumatic valve and enters to the finished good tank after the mixing. The finished good tank is cross-section shape that one path helps the goods enter into the packing machine and the other path helps to lift the goods to the finished goods tank after being conveyed to the elevator by the pedal switch. It is controlled by PLC industrial computer to realize the automatic operation. There are many specifications with different capacity, including 100,000, 200,000, 300,000 and 500,000 tons, and it is matched with sand drying equipment. The sand enters to the elevator after being pre-screened, and then enters to the surge bunker and then enters to the drier smoothly by the round disc feeder, and then goes through the 2nd screen machine to the sand tank by the convey belt. The fuel of the drying line is including coal, gas and oil. And the machine is matched with de-dust system.
