The line can convey the stored material to the blending scale and the weight can be set as you required. The material will be conveyed automatically to feeding hopper by elevator. The small material can be fed through the small feeding tank. And, then the material will enter into the mixer by the pneumatic valve and then enter into the finished goods tank, and it will be packed by the automatic packing machine finally. The machine is developed from the basic machine that it adds a raw-material storage tank and the scale, which reduce the labor force and improve the accuracy and capacity. The total equipment height is about 7-9m, and the cover area is about 40m2, the capacity per hour is 5-20 tons and the total power is 60KW. The electricity control system can be chosen as common one, touch-screen or industrial computer. Also, it can install second mixer and de-dust system.
