Brief Introduction
The coulter axis movement is driven by the driving gear reducer. The material is moved around the drum as radial and circumferential direction and the material is thrown out to the both side of the coulter. Meanwhile, the thrown material will be cut by the high-speed blade and then realize the mixing with the combined force by both the coulter and the blade, and even the mixture is solid-solid, solid-mortar or the material with quite different density can be mixed.

Characteristics
Coulter main axis is composed by coulter, arm and main axis. One side of the coulter is installed the blade, the other side is installed to the main axis, which is easy to adjust and disassemble.
n Blade: There are some blades in the blade axis and they are connected with the motor that is installed the side of the drum to drive the blade moves with high-speed. To avoid any dust, there are some air-proof structure in the blade axis, and we can install other air-proof device base on the customer¡¯s requirement,
n Discharge valve: It is installed on the bottom of the drum to control and discharge the material. Usually, the valve is pneumatic control and it can be electrical or manual controlled base on customer¡¯s requirement.
n Usually, if the variation coefficient of the mixing powder is 3-4%, it just takes 1-3 minutes to mix.
n The running is stable and it is almost free of dust.
