Introduction
The cycloid planetary gear speed reducer is connected with the central screw and outside spiral ribbon to rotate with same speed. The central screw will lift the material from the bottom to the top during the running and meanwhile the spiral ribbon with higher speed will lift the material from the top to the bottom, the two lifting movement will then move around tangent direction to throw the material in the air, the instant convection will make the rapid mixing happen.
Application
It is suitable for the painting, coating and adhesive with the viscosity within 200000Cp, especially for the non-Newton fluid with high solid content.

DSH Series Cone-shape Double Screw Triple Spiral Mixer (A-B type)
Introduction
The material will be moved in the cone by the revolution and rotation of the spiral, and it will produce four movements.
u The spiral revolute around the wall to make the material move circularly
u The spiral rotate to make the material have spiral movement from the bottom to the top
u The both revolution and rotation movement to make some of the material to touch the inside of the spiral cylinder, meanwhile some material will move as the radial direction because of the eccentric force.
u The elevated material will fall down with the force of gravity, the four movements above will produce convection and then the mixing realized.

It is widely used for the mixing, reaction, drying and cooling of powder & powder, powder & liquid in the chemistry, pharmacy, pesticide, dying, petrol oil, metallurgical, construction powder.
